How to ship your device for free with UPS 

1- Delete and disconnect everything from your device.

Disconnect from all personal accounts Icloud or Google , delete your passcode.

2- Pack your device like you mean it.

Pack your device in a box or insulated envelope. Be sure that it's safe and well-padded to prevent it from moving around in transit. You can use recycled materials like newspapers or love notes from your ex padding.

3- Print and stick the prepaid shipping label

Print your shipping label, stick it to the box, and secure it with strong tape. You can get your prepaid shipping label from your Trade-in confirmation email or your 2A Electronics Service account.

4- Ship it

You have 30 days to send your package(estimate can change after 30 days). Find a drop-off location by scanning the QR code above.
